My name is Deborah Black and I own Beaufort Massage and Bodywork. I was able to renew my business completely with the Rock Your Massage Practice Academy. The knowledge gave me the ability to create my own schedule, charge what I want, take time off, and have freedom for myself and my business. 

Before I joined the academy, some of my challenges stemmed from the fact that I was renting a room from a chiropractor and had no business management experience. I found Rebecca’s group on Facebook and began to watch her live Q & A’s. My previous methods of marketing were handing out business cards, placing flyers in mailboxes, “begging”, people to come. 

When I realized that I had made the right decision, it was when I was shown a video that stated everyone is worth the success in business. This reminded me that I can do anything I put my mind to, and I can do this. My practice was very broad at first, but I was taught to define my niche which became neck and shoulders. This created a perfect target audience for my business and what I should be advertising. Before the academy, I depended on referrals, but I am now booked months out with a waitlist.
