In certain situations, you may be working as a massage therapist within someone else’s business. It is important to understand that as an employee, it is not your business what the employer charges for the service. As an employee, you don’t have the liability. It is not equal. In the end, you can decide what pay works for you, but you are unable to say what’s fair.
