There have been many cases in which massage therapists will open their practice and feel the need to hire therapists to work for them. It is not necessarily the next step to hire more therapists when your plate is full. Employees are expensive – They cost you money for a long time before they make you money. They also cost you your time – Believe it or not, you'll be working even more! Charge more, work less, and take ownership over your time.
