There are two major poisons within the massage industry.
I'm going to share them with you… only because I want you to CALL YOURSELF OUT if these apply to you!!!
- Massage therapists have the tendency of ignoring and avoiding the numbers.
- Codependency mindset, which is an entanglement of your “worth” as a person with your ability to fix broken people.
Okay… now be real with yourself… If you fall into one of those… it's not good – But it can be FIXED!!!
Now, remember…
Successful businesses are run, measured, and managed with information that comes from metrics. There is no information used in business that comes from your feelings. You must learn business management if you want your skills to shine.
When it comes to “fixing” another person… You can't! You do not and will not know if someone has a problem that you can fix. Do not compare your WORTH to being able to fix everyone.
