Almost eight years ago, I launched the program that we’ve all come to know and love – Rock Your Massage Practice Academy.

My intention was to create a space where Massage Therapists and Bodyworkers would come together as a tribe of healers invested in building their own successful practices, thereby transforming our industry as a whole. The purpose to empower fellow therapists with the knowledge and mindset needed to succeed drove me through sleepless nights, fears, and doubts.

I did this in the most “Rebecca Style” possible; I boldly laid the tracks as the train was approaching, building the curriculum as I went, creating a program that allowed me to share everything I had learned from my decades as a Licensed Massage Therapist and business owner. Many long days and nights were spent writing content, shooting videos, and building a comprehensive program, all the while being a mom to 3 kids, one an infant, on faith and determination.

Over a thousand graduates later, I declare that the dream of having an army of healers equipped with the knowledge and power needed for success has been realized. 

I am declaring Rock Your Massage Practice Academy successful and complete.

The growth and impact of Rock Your Massage Practice Academy has exceeded all expectations.

Anyone who knows me,  knows that continued growth is one of my highest values. “If you’re not growing, you're dying” has been said countless times by me during coaching calls and in conversations. 

So, it should come as no surprise that I am …. growing again.

This growth looks like the end of one thing to allow for the birth of another.

Effective June 15th, 2024 Rock Your Massage Practice Academy will no longer be available in its current format.

In other words, we will no longer be ongoingly enrolling people in our LIVE, 8-week, hands-on coaching and mentoring program for massage practices after June 15th. 

What’s going to happen next? 

After literally thousands of hours of answering questions, coaching, and support, I feel my work in this capacity is nearing its completion; the Academy curriculum truly has everything you need and we have decided to change the way it is delivered.  I realized that my involvement is not needed at the level that it once was.

I have long felt the pull to make this course more accessible, more convenient, and less dependent on my daily participation. So, we are working on that and will keep you posted. 

The decision to no longer offer the LIVE 8-Week Coaching Program has come after many conversations, restless nights, and yes, a few nervous breakdowns, backtracking, second-guessing, and lots and LOTS of tears… 

I’ve been afraid to take yet another bold leap that the Universe seems to be requiring of me; but I’ve done that so many times in my life and it has ALWAYS worked out. 

But leap, I must. I aim to model the bold courage I require of my clients!

I  KNOW now that this decision was reached purposefully and thoughtfully. Like many things in life, it is very bittersweet.

The sadness of making this change is balanced by knowing that it is the truly right thing to do, so that something even more profound and aligned for the version of myself that I am today, can arise.

Whatever it is, it’s gonna be good.

While there are still many decisions to make about how this will look moving forward, what I know right now is that my programs are evolving, and my team is adapting, and so I thank you in advance for your patience while we rebuild the “ship” while it’s at sea.
