Be a licensed/certified/registered massage therapist — or similar designation, in accordance with the laws and regulations in the part of the planet you live and practice. (Yes, we work with therapists all over the world.)

Have high standards of integrity and professionalism. — If you think stealing clients from the spa you currently work at is the best way to grow your own practice, we aren’t a good fit. If you have practices that call into question our ethics, we definitely aren't a good fit.

Be self-employed or want to be self-employed in private practice. — You must be in full control of your business and business decisions; therefore, if you are an employee, or an independent contractor working for someone else, this program is for your employer, not for you. If you want to quit that job you hate and start your own business, however, this program IS for you.

Be coachable. — This means you will listen and take action, even if you are scared.
It means you will ask questions and show up to get results, not to argue with us. Yes, you are in control of your business; however, we are the experts in building successful practices. We know what gets results, and ultimately your business is yours, so we expect you to show up fully and take massive action. This is not a ‘stare at your vision board and magically manifest clients' kind of program (although we love that woo woo stuff).

Be decisive and committed to ending your struggle, right now. — Not 3 months from now, not next year after you’ve given it some time. If you keep doing what isn't working, doing it for longer periods of time will leave you worse off. Reality check. What happens if I book the call and I’m not accepted?

Our goal for the call is clarity – for us and for you. If it's not a good fit for any reason, we'll discover that on the call, let you know, and we will point you in the direction of whatever other recommendations we have, resources, homework, etc.

How much does the program cost?

Right now, zero, because we don’t know it’s right for you. Just like a surgeon can’t recommend a surgery without a thorough intake and diagnosis of the problem, we can’t even talk about the investment of the program until we get real clarity on your business issues. Be patient with us. Our goal is that you get clarity, our goal is not to sell you something. We will discuss all the details if and when we decide together it’s a great fit.

I have a business partner who makes decisions with me. Can they get access to the program?

Yes, and be sure they are on the call with you so that we can include them in the assessment of your situation. If you have a true business partner, we will work with both of you if we decide it's a good fit.

I have a spouse who works in the business with me. Can they get access to the program?

Yes. If you are a true partnership, team, we work with both of you under the tuition/admission for one person.

I’m a student about to graduate soon. Should I wait to apply?

That depends entirely on how much time you want to waste after you graduate. 🙂 In all seriousness, if you are graduating soon and want to hit the ground running, YES, this would be great for you.

I want one-on-one mentoring from Rebecca, not a group program. How do I get one-on-one help?

I can appreciate that, and, we've found that the group process actually accelerates our students' progress dramatically. You learn from everyone else in the program, because of all the different places and stages they are in.

Regardless, Rebecca is on a bold mission to elevate the entire massage industry, and if she worked 1:1 with everyone who wanted her help, she'd have a waiting list too long for people to get the immediate help they need. Even worse, we would never make the impact she is committed to making. Strength comes in numbers.

That being said, she has the support of an entire TEAM to help you all along the way. She is personally very involved with the program and you a 1:1 Onboarding Call with your Success Coach and plenty of attention…we've got you.

1:1 calls with Rebecca are available in the program under certain conditions, for example, if you have a unique issue that no one else has, we'll invite you to book a 1:1 call directly with her while in the program.

We invite students to trust the process – we have done this many times and have it down to a system that will help you get the results much faster.

That being said, if you insist you solely need 1:1 support, Rebecca is not the coach for you!

I don’t do massage therapy – I do another type of bodywork (reiki, Bowen, Trager, Craniosacral, Thai, Ashiatsu).

I’m a male. Will this work for me?

In a female dominated industry, with unfair biases abound, you need all the support you can get. Being male is not a barrier to success — only your belief that it is.

I live in a small community. Will this work for me?

Yep. Believe it or not, we have graduates of our program that are so awesome that their clients drive long ways to see them. Would you like us to help you exude that level of confidence and expertise? Alrighty then.

I have never run a business before. Will this work for me?

Even better. You won't make the costly mistakes that most people do when trying to figure out a business the first time.

I’m going to be relocating soon. Will this work for me?

We have had students relocate many times and once they know how to build a business, they can build it anywhere. Also, we have students, who were planning a move, get a headstart in their new location before they arrived. Many people forget, that starting up a new business often means a lot of waiting on other people. So, get started anyway.

I don’t have any money. Will this work for me?

If you don't know where your next meal is coming from, you probably shouldn't be building a business. Businesses require investments of time, energy, money, and more. Evaluate whether or not this is the right time for you. Are you resourceful? Do you have the Eye of the Tiger and a real need to change your trajectory? The first decision to make is, are you sick of struggling with money and are you committed to doing something to fix that?

I have an outcall practice. Will this work for me?

Yes. We have worked with many outcall practices. In fact, most outcall practices that find us realize that they are waaaaaaaaaay undercharging. Outcall practices require even more special care. Yes, we can help.

I have been in business for over (10, 20, 30…) years. Will this work for me?

Yes. We have helped many stagnant business get a new boost. We have helped therapists from 0 to 32 years in their careers.

I have employees and am looking to scale. Should I apply?

If your current practice is totally rocking and you employ more than 3 people, we primarily work with solo practitioners and this would not be a good fit for you.

If your current practice is struggling, and you are solo, and believe you need to hire more people, then we should definitely talk to get you some clarity around your situation.

I’d like to build a large spa/clinic/facility in the future, but I don’t have my own successful practice yet. Is this where I should start?

Of course. Unless you have a million dollars in the bank and investors and an experienced executive team with a business plan……. dream big my friend, but start where you are.

I’m not good at sales or self-promotion. Can I be successful in business?

Most massage therapists are introverts. So yes. Are you coachable? Then you can learn this. BTW, if you are self employed, you are in the Sales and Marketing industry by default. If you can't sell your services, you don't have a business.

I’d like to take home a million dollars a year. Is that possible?

Probably in real estate. But not in massage therapy. Not a good fit.

But can I make six figures a year as a massage therapist?

Yes you can. You can gross six figures in private practice and how much of that you get to pay yourself depends entirely on you. We have helped many therapists accomplish this thrilling milestone.

I’ve tried other programs like this and they didn’t work for me. What’s different about this?

Either you didn't show up and do the work, your coach hasn't done what you are trying to do, or their support sucked.

I haven’t gone to massage therapy school yet. Where do I begin?

Google “massage therapy schools near me” and start there. We only work with credentialed massage therapists or therapists whose licensure is imminent.

I’m dual licensed. (such as massage, esthetician.) Will this work for me?

Yep.

I want to open my business in the future, when should I apply?

You should appy when you are ready to take actions to build your business.

I live outside of the US, will this work for me?

We have found that geographic location is not the determining factor of one's success. We have worked with massage therapists in six different countries.

Do you offer any kind of money back guarantee with your program?

If you are hoping for guarantees in business, we submit that owning your own business definitely not the right path for you. Why? Nothing in life is guaranteed. Nothing in business is guaranteed, nor in life, nor in love….there is always a risk.

Are you going to close your ‘back door', face your fear of failure, drop your excuses and most importantly, show up and do the work? Then yes, it will.
